I have not yet received my product ..!!!!

Hi,

I have ordered a Nokia Lumia phone on 11th July and still not yet received the phone..It shows sheller has dispatched with the Blue Dart Airway bill number: 60188351075...
I have checked with blue dart and as per them this no is not correct..So after given a negative feedback..Now sheller is threatening me...This is completely customer satisfaction issue..My experience with ebay is so pathetic and horrible.. IS THIS THE WAY EBAY WORKS....

Sheler is sending SMS and calling me and threatning me...I am really scared about this...As he comitted to give me my Money back..still not able to see any positive action..

Can anyone help me here...

Thanks for your reply...I have done it and they are say I will have to wait till 22nd and then only they will take action..please do let me know..if I bought a phone on 11th july..How log deas it take to reach Kolkata???? I realy frustrated..
