I have also openned a clame for my product but i have not heard any positive responce from Ebay customer service. every time i call them they have ready answer saying "with in 48 hr i will get an update" its been a week but no responce. few days back i got an email from Mr Bushan Mahajan from the Logistics Customer Support, he informed me that my product will be shipped in 1 or 2 business day but that was a FALSE promise i have not got any update after that not the product had been delivered.
4th Dec 2014.
i tried contacting an CSE through the chat option, but the executive was very irresponcable that she disconnected the chat telling since i have escateted the issue i need to wait for some more time. ( what does this mean).
I am really shocked for the kind of responce i am getting from Ebay.... which was never expected. I need my product as this was a gift which i had to give it to my sister which did not happen, as i have already told her abt the phone i need to give it to her.
