I have Just bought with paypal but does not show as Paid!! Help

I just bought an item with paypal, the money were debited from my bank account but ebay is telling me:

Please return to eBay to resubmit your payment again.

Hello i also paid with paypal few times but i didn't have any problem sa far. I think in your case there must be some technical issue so you should contact paypal rather than ebay and they will refund you money.
