Few days ago I ordered Item # 350612191365 (JAIPAN JUMBO ROTI MAKER). I noticed that the product is defected, because it was not working!
Can you tell me how can I get the refund, since the paisapay has already marked my order complete!

Try to contact the seller. he/she will surely help you out.

Dear Gaurav,
I know it is very disappointing situation. as 'smartphoneforever' suggested, had you share this with seller yet. Moreover, this product is under manufacturer warrantee for a year that you can claim at nearest authorised service centre of Jaipan

Thanks for the reply!
I did talked to the seller and asked for a replacement, but he sent me a defected item again!
So, that's why I need a refund. Because this seller is only selling low quality defected items on ebay! Beware of that seller!
Yesterday I talked to the ebay customer care! Now, waiting for the reply!
I will let you guys know about the "what happens next"!

I think then you must visit Nearest Authorized service center.
