I got 20 days delivery deadline instead of 7 days

I sold a product with paisapay ID 30177627583 on 28th October, the product was shipped on 29th and I enter the details on 30th October. and the product got delivered on 2nd November
for so long I didn't receive my remittance for that paisapay ID, when I checked today the delivery deadline is 20 November.
I don't know why eBay is so kind to me for such long delivery deadline..
please don't be so kind to me, please clear the remittance of that paisapay ID.
I post it here because there was no agent in chat support and phone support was busy

Contact the buyer and tell him to confirm receipt of the product.You will get your remittance.
