I give here below some points for review by e-bay.
1. In many cases, I find the seller is giving a delivery date of within 3 to 4 days, when the order is backed with full payment. where I find that E-bay is giving the seller a very long period of 2 to 3 weeks to the supplier (i find it in the instrucitons given by e-bay to supplier on line) which is a long period. e-bay may review such instructions.
2. There are many listing of items on e-bay mentioning the quantity sold and the quantity available. But still in one caseof reply from one supplier, I got a message that there is no sotock. There should be strict instructions to suppliers to review constantly the balance quantity available against each case and update the quantitiy. In case no quantity is available with him, he should remove the item from the listing or display in ebay. When once quantity is shown as available he cannot back out or say no stock.
3. All suppliers should necessarily show the balance quantity available against each item. Simply displaying an item without quantity, is involving unnecessary correspondence with the supplier whether the the item is available or not.
3. What is the action on suppliers who back out from despatching the item, even though they show a quantity as avilable against a particular item.
