I utilise this coupon GBCXQK9TP9 ( given by ebay for solving one of my previous claim) of rs 175 and payback points (300) of 75 rs for one transaction of 250 rs for one item *** on 20 oct 2015.
But in between i dont know your system gave me error "System critical error" . So now i can see the item in my purchased history but without paisa pay id . My payback points are deducted and this coupon is showing its already used.
But as i said txn didnt complete properly and i got error so no paisa pay ID is generated for the same . So kindly tell me what shall I do
