How to do credit card verification - not finding the link

Hello,

Can anyone tell how to do the credit card verification ?I have already done SMS verification in ebay India. But when I am trying to bid in ebay.com they are showing buying limits and asking for credit card verification thru ebay India.

I am unable to find the required link in ebay India - My Account - Personal informations.
