There seems to be a major issue with the tracking system. Major discrepancy in the amount I actually spent and amount being shown on the redemption page for me (1/6th of the actual amount I spent). I chatted with CS, she acknowledgment that their system tracked my purchases incorrectly and told I will be offered an appropriate gift but no solution till now. On the phone I was told that many other users are facing this issue, there is some technical issue in the system and it will be fixed in 48 hours.
Want to check if anyone else faced similar issues?
It is interesting with such unreliable tracking system they have started another "shop more to earn more" offer today.
