How to claim gifts under "WANT IT GET IT" offer?

Hi all.. Could some one tell me how to claim the gift under the "want it get it" offer? I had made my purchase using the gift code EBAYHOW001. The coupon code was accepted also- it showed that 1 paisa has been deducted. It was said that we can claim our gift between april 5th to april 20th. But i do not see any link or any such thing through which i can order my gift. Is it a hoax? Or is ebay actually giving away the gifts?
I want it but I am not able to get it :(.

link is there with banner on homepage of ebay.in but is not working it says you are not eligible for this promotion. ebay Customer Support says its technical issue and will resolved before 20th of april.

Also there was technical error on gift description. I had selected gift based on item description and later Ebay changed my selected guft description by their own. So i had escalated the issue. Pls make sure to take screen shot once you select.

There is a link to redeem the gift, click and you wil be able to select it.

To be very specific, i had selected TP link router as gift but now it shows as Jabra Bluetooth headset which I had not selected to redeem.
