Hi ebay.in team,

I had bought an acer netbook on 12-06-12, paid using paisa pay.

During check out i used a coupon - BIGDADDY07 - coupon was applied and i got confirmation about free Nokia 101 Mobile phone.

30 Days have been elapsed but I have not yet received the mobile phone.

is there any method that i should follow to get this phone?

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and show the quality of you customer care.

I think this is a very bad thing.

Far from sending the gift- ebay customer care team does not even bother to reply to forum queries.

Other e-commerce sites are doing far better now-a-days.

I am requesting again to clarify and reply on Big Daddy Promotion offer gifts.

Still There is no option to claim the cool daddy gift.

now we may move to complaint against ebay in cybercell and consumer board.....
