the order hasn't been shipped and i want to cancel it how to do that also i want to cancel the order not because of shipping but because i ordered the wrong product by mistake

I already place a order then use the gift voucher code at a time display in screen discount amount but transaction time did not get the discount then pay the full amount.

I have won 6 items in auction from mumbai.indians. I requested him for combined shipping through mail. He did not replied. Then I sent him message but it was not delivered to him. These 6 items costs 300 rupees as postage. If I pay it then he will ship all these via a single mail. What should I do? Please suggest.
