How to cancel an order

the order hasn't been shipped and i want to cancel it how to do that also i want to cancel the order not because of shipping but because i ordered the wrong product by mistake

Dear All,

It is simple. Just contact the seller and request them to send you a cancel transaction request form. Accept the request by click the button and the transaction stands cancelled. This is mentioned on eBay help pages.

Hi,
i bought dress 13 day's ago and asked seller when he will shipp ithem. he sad next week.i am afraid that this is not real profil and that he will not shipp me my dress. he has strange feedbacks and he changed his ebay name for several time but he have the same ID. should i wait or i can get my money back and canncel transaction? or i have to wait for 40 days and than report him? will be that too late to do action for getting back my money? i red that i have to do something in side 30 days after paying..

Ebay gives a target for seller to ship the item. If the seller does not ship the item within timeframe then you automatically get a refund.

Incase of a custom order the seller can ask for a extension but that depends on your approval.

Also be assured your money is in safe hands (PAISAPAY).
