How to bypass TNS net?

Hi,
I got 6 original Tregears Rum Jokes.
After I listed 4,I realised that they got caught in TNS net for policy violation.
So next 2 sketches I wrote TregearsRum instead of 'Tregears Rum'.It was okay now.So I revised 4 earlier listings.And they were also okay.
But this is silly.They will not show in Google search in this manner.I dont know what to do.How can I convince TNS that this rum is really ancient cartoon,nothing to do with alcohol?
Any suggestion?

Probably I can risk another red patch of policy violation because the earlier patch ebay has removed on 7/Nov
