Hi samlaiindia,
Yes, You can become a power seller.
Ratings can be improved with simple procedure:
*Reduce negative feedbacks (request your buyers to withdraw) and get 98% Positive Feedback.
*Ask every buyer whether they are satisfied with the purchase and tell them to leave the feedback. If they are not satisfied, try to fulfill them.
*Think twice when you leave a feedback. Don't underestimate new buyers as fake buyers, leave them neutral if they have not paid. Leave negative only in extreme cases.
To qualify, you can refer the below link:

Dear samlaiindia,
At the moment you have 224 positives.
For you to become a Power Seller, you need 300 +ves without getting another -ve.
You can also increase +ve by selling as well as buying Items and exchanging +ve for a good transaction with your trading partner.
Do remember that in your case for a single negative you will have to acculumate another 50 +ves to become a Power Seller.
regards
Umang Midha .

Hi samlaiindia,
My two cents on the topic:
To add on to snrama's point, you can also call your buyers to see why they do not leave feedback. A sample check will give you some directions on how you can improve your service and buyer satisfaciton.
Also, you can encourage repeat buyers, because these buyers further improve your percentage and thus chances of becoming a power seller.
Warm Regards,
Sapana
