How should i Return a Damaged product

Hi,

I bought a phone from the Seller SILVER_NANO, i selected the phone which looks good in picture,but after i got the phone it looks like different and moreover the CALLED ID and the Handset is not working.

i sent a mail to the seller, he said i cant exchange for you because it is too late. the Details of the Transaction is as Follows.

payment made for phone to you: 03-01-07

phone got from courier : 21-01-07

complained about the phone : 26-01-07


how should i Return the Damaged phone and get a new phone from the Seller. please someone suggest for it

Hi,

You can open an Item Not as Described Dispute. I hope it will solve the problem , else you will get refund from ebay. .
