Hi, Is anyone able to spin the magic wheel that is part of way too fab offer?its not working for me!

I made a purchase of Rs.500 and above on March 12th and I still don't see anything reflected under "Pick Item" drop down box of the Spin the Magic Wheel. Is it working for others?When I called customer support, they said there are technical issues! I wonder when this will be resolved:-\
