Help regarding Turbo Lister

I recently updated Turbo Lister. Now when I go to - Menu>Tools>Check for Program Updates - I am getting error - "Turbo Lister was unable to connect to the internet. Please check your internet connection and try again." although I am connected to the Internet. I am also not able to Contact customer support via - Menu>Help>Contact Customer Support - I am getting the following error on clicking Send Email - "Make sure you are connected to the internet and try again."
I have registered for beta program and this is a beta version of turbo lister
