Help from the buyer pappuaji please help

Hello All,

Can someone help me with this situation.
i had sold an item to the buyer pappuaji since the item was delivered he was not answering my phone calls nor responding to my emails or sms. Now today all of a sudden he call me in the afternoon and threatened me of him leaving a negetive feedback if i do not deposit the amount that he had paid thru paisa pay into his bank account. upon my denial he started abusing me and said he will not leave me.

Now my phone is with him and my money is with paisa pay on top of this he will leave a negetive feedback for me.
i feel like dying i am a poor person and thought of earning my bread and butter thru ebay but this is how i am getting treated. Please some one help me Please

Talk to your courier guy and ask him for the proof of delivery.Ebay has a system wherein if the buyer does not confirm the receipt of the product for 15 days it is treated as received and the money is credited to your paisay pay account. But just in case if the buyer files an item not received case against you, you may be required to produce the proof of delivery. So be ready with your data in advance and relax. Dont talk to the buyer and wait to see what his moves are. But But be ready with the proof of delivery. Good Luck And Keep Us Updated.

Thanks a Lot for your reply sir, now the buyer has left a positive reply for me but he has mentioned asking me to refund his amount but he has not returned my item i dont know what is in his mind

hi manish be confident when you talk to buyers such as pappuaji
never show that you have a weakness. do learn all the rules and how ebay works. be a step ahead and keep all documents ready as al-dukkan-the-shop told you.

keep the proof of delivery (POD) ready.
which courier did you use?

these kind of buyers usually target new sellers due to their inadequate knowledge and by the time they learn, they would have lost the entire thing.

if you have communicated with that buyer through ebay messaging system, show all those messages to ebay and tell them this buyer is involved in feedback extortion and manipulation.

What is the security for sellers on EBay buyers like this will always take advantage of EBAY and genuine sellers will have to take a hit.

How is this possible does ebay listens only to buyers?
