Havenot received my DIWALI gift yet

I want to bring it in your kind notice that I had opted for a NOKIA C202 phone during DIWALI offer .It has been more than three months since then and I have not yet received my gift.When do I expect to get that gift.......
Also send it through SPEED POST or Registered Post or DTDC courier .....
Please tell me the FIXED date when u will send my gift.....
