Happy with ebay, the seller, and buyer protection.

I purchased first time from eBay. Was slightly declining to buy from here, until I was told that eBay Buyer protection actually protects customers.

Anyways, I paid via paisapay and I got my item, working, and in good condition. I even phoned the seller and he was prompt with the answer and callback. Email was replied within a day. So pretty happy with seller-gautamco. 🙂

But, I did receive the item after 8-9 days. Generally, takes 2-3, max 4 days when I order from flipkart and likes(no promotion intended).
So, My question is - Is it fair to leave a 4 star on "How quickly did the seller ship the item?", or should I leave 5 stars ?
I mean i want them to improve, cos i know i am buying again from them.


BTW, gautamco is an excellent seller, and ebay is an excellent medium...Looking forwrd to buying a lot more form here 🙂

Thank You for feedback. It is true that it generally require 2-3 working days to dispatch the product you've purchased. However some time if buyer purchase an item after a pickup time of seller's courier service provider, seller is forced to dispatch it on next working day and thus. I am sure that you can understand it.
