I live at Hyderabad. But, i purchased Nokia charger from ebay shop(homeshop_24x7) on May 29, 2012 and shipped it to my native place(Anantapur).
When i reached my native place on June 08, 2012, i found that the product was not working.
In my case, i was genuine about the product. But, after making payment and confirming that i had received the product, i was wondering if they believe my words or not. Or may be they wont agree. this was my inner feeling
I trusted ebay and so i called ebay and they advised me to file a claim. I am totally surprised.
Yesterday, i received mail that they are crediting the money, and, i am totally amazed.
wholeheartedly, i am so happy shopping with ebay.
I will continue to shop with ebay team.
