HDFC Netbanking Transaction Problem ( Paisapay Error )

I was making payment for a 4GB pendrive from HDFC OBT with discount coupon received by eBay. After confirmation of payment from bank side suddenly eBay login window appeared then after login there was an error

"The PaisaPay payment system cannot be accessed due to one or more of the following reasons"

My bank account has been debited the amount with details
(34960016-eBayPaisaPay Ref No 920144618 Date 20 Sep 2009)
but there is nothing shown about order /payment status in My eBay.

Please help me to get my order details.

Hi the same complaint has been told by many.Contact toll free PaisaPay number 1800 209 3229.I got the same problem resolved in 2-3 days.

Today I again tried with credit card this time different error came after 3D secure pin stage from bank side.

"Your PaisaPay credit card payment cannot be completed. > > > Please select a different payment type."

At the same time payment debited from my credit card. Now I have made payment twice for my order but there are no details regarding payment status in My ebay.
If any of team member reading my post please solve my problem.

hi paru64, i think your issue will be resolved best if you make use of live chat on eBay, rather than over here in the discussion forums. There you will get prompt and immediate reply from supp rep. hi all,
i am facing the same problem with my icici net banking transaction. i have done the transaction , but its not showing here in PaisaPay (although debited from icici account). the guy from customer care says it will be reverted back.
Now i am in dilemma to make the transaction again 😛

I have faced the same problem as yours and that too on same date i.e. 3rd May, 2010 using same service i.e. HDFC Netbanking. I have discussed this issue on live chat and they promise to solve it in 48 hours. However there is a problem. The seller has ended the listing that I paid for. I don't know what is going to happen next. The amount has been withdrawn from my HDFC account.

sorry about the confusion abt date. I see you suffered this problem on 11/03. Hope it is resolved by now
