Got duplicate battery in place of original LG battery from seller rocketmob

Hi, I purchased a original LG battery (Paisapay Id 31556071745, Item Id-251079413564) from seller rocketmob but what the seller sent me is a duplicate battery which has no use no backup also he did not send me the invoice for the same. I tried to contact the seller many times but he/she does not reply. I would appreciate if you guys could help me to resolve this issue as i wrote to paisapay resolution center as well but have not heard back from them.

Please Call the Seller and Ask him to replace an original battery.Please give some time for the seller to Respond.if there is none you can raise a Item Not Describedcase. don't Worry your money will be safe with ebay.ByeB-)
