Ebay seems place for fraud sellers and yet no action on seller atleast recovery of my money provided

Ebay customer care is pathetic they for give lies all the time .. I have lost 25,500 rs and no care for customer

Fraud sellers on eBay. Seller not interested in selling. Instead asking me to cancel my eBay order so that he could ship the product directly. Why not through eBay is not understood.
No response from eBay as well. Poor services indeed.
