I purchased iphone 5s 64 gb in 20 Nov 2015 from seller. After update my software my mobile's camera is not working. I went apple customer care . They told me it is not original product. According to imei number it is showing silver iphone and they sold me as a gold iphone.
I am trying to contact to seller of ebay by from i.E. 07.04.2016 having with paisa pay but inspite of my several calls and mails he is not picking my phone and even not responding on my mail.
Please note i want my money back. Hence it is duplicate product and i trust on ebay after that i will not buy any product from ebay. It seems it is fraud company.
