Gift vouucher code invalidated even before its expiry date!!!

Hi Team eBay!
I have two India gift voucher codes both valid from June 23'12 June to 31 July'12.
But on applying either of them I get this message:
"The gift voucher (VOUCHER CODE) has expired. Please try another voucher or continue with your payment."
Kindly explain why I am getting this msg if the voucher code is yet to expire after five days?

don't expect such a negligence from an e-commerce co. of this stature.

Hello again... team eBay u have provided me an alternate discount code for only one of the faulty codes the other one is still not emailed though both the codes were mentioned in the email...please resolve it asap...thanks
