I was supposed to receive a 64 GB pendrive as free gift under a gift scheme in august 2012. The paisapay ID of the purchase which entitled me to the gift is PaisaPay ID: 31862026497 .
I have chatted/contacted customer service at least 5-6 times regarding this. Everytime they tell me that my case is escalated and that I'll receive my gift in 2 weeks time. It's been more than 4 months now and still no gift.
Today I chatted with one of your agents Mr Irshad S. He tells me that the gift item has been dispatched through Bludart and gave me the tracking no: 14254551552. I immediately called up Bludart, but they said that this is an invalid tracking no. When I told Irshad about this, he started giving excuses and then abruptly disconnected the chat session. I have seen that ebay has been giving out fake tracking nos for the gift items which I suppose have never been shipped.
I'm appalled to see how ebay agents can lie to your face and then when they get caught they just disconnect. I want this gift issue immediately resolved - if you cannot send me the gift item, give me gift coupons worth the same amount. If this issue is not resolved I will definitely post my experience on all internet forums possible and even take this case to consumer court.
