Gift not received

I have placed PaisaPay order # 32950946545 on 19/1/2013 and have availed eBay gift voucher B1G1FREEB6. I have not received the free gift (mobile phone) till date.

Please advise status on this.

LOL. I can see you experiencing the same that happened to me almost 6 months back...

My experience around 6 months back...
I bought some items around Sep/Oct 2012 using Ganesha 2012 coupons and still waiting to receive the free gift. Contacted eBay customer support almost trillion times and every time they say some #$@# excuses and fake promises... Probably they can close the India site and move away or better they can get a training from Flipkart.com about how to provide service to customers.

One of the worst shopping website I have seen till now is EBAY...

It is a pain getting a resolution from ebay customer care. Anybody got the B1G1FREEB6 gift? Or ebay is cheating all buyers with fake gift vouchers?

eBay takes some time to send gifts. So, there is nothing to worry. Just keep knocking them.
