Hmm even I got the same problem. I am waiting for two gifts from the friendship day offer that ended on July 31st. Its been nearly 3 months since the promotion ended. I have tried contacting ebay via chat and mail. They just say will get back but till date have not got any update or info.
Looks bad, its actually very difficult to contact ebay. Next time will think twice before using these promotions, huge waste of time trying to follow up.
