I had bougth an item on 29 April 2011 total amount of Rs. 36,200.00 and used eBay gift voucher / promotion code HOTDEALZ08.
Even after two month of purchase I haven't got the gift Kodak CD44 camera for promotion code HOTDEALZ08.
It was said on live chat that my gift was dispatched by bluedart on June 1st. But even after 1 Month I still haven't received the gift. Also even 1 month of sending ebay is not in a position to provide me with
the shipping details. It nearly 2 months over since used the gift coupon on ebay. In you terms and conditions it was said that the gift will be delivered within 45 days.
When asked about when will I get the item, ebay is saying "Your case has been escalated and waiting for update". But even after one month of escalation there is no update.
This is not the first time I am facing issue receiving gift from ebay. Last time a gift was not received even after one year of purchase. After one year long complaining I got a gift coupon for the value after one year.
I think this gift problem will only be resolved after one year.
Ebay customer care really bad, the time taken to solve a complaint are always 6-12 month for me.
