Ebay software team please team please check this problem, for 7 out of 10 transactions on the "Order Details" page I get this error message as given below:-
 | The buyer has changed or deleted this address from the system. Please contact the buyer for the correct shipping address. |
and when I check with the buyer non of them have changed or deleted their address.
Please get this checked immediately as this is causing lots of problem, every time I have to call the buyer and hence packing and sending gets delayed. Sending email to the buyer is of no use because most buyer do not login to ebay everyday so mail is not answered so I have to call the buyer for every such case which is embarssing and expensive too
Please solve this issue immediately.
