Hey Folks,
I gave a neutral feedback for an item(320398322389) from Seller Shopbig.games.bazar .
The product was a LCD Cleaner Kit - But the product I received very significantly differed from the image that was display in the Ad. The Qty and size of the liquid bottle was smaller. Brush was much smaller. Hence, I considered appropriate to give a neutral feedback.
But now the seller calls me and asks me to withdraw the feedback. He is threatening that he will give me a negative feedback and I can't bid any further - not sure if that is true.
Please let me know how to handle this situation. I have been shopping in ebay from the time of bazzee.com and this is the first time I have had such a bad experience.
Cheers!!
Jason

Sir,
Feedback is a permanent thing. Think 10 times before leaving neutral and 100 times before negative.
You should have communicated with the seller that you are not satisfied with the item. Most sellers offer instant refund.
Leaving neutral or negative feedback only spoils the relationship for few hundered rupees. I am sure if you would have commnunicated with the seller without using the product he would have offered you a refund.
Thanks,
Mobilesstores

No seller can give buyer negative or neutral feedback to a buyer. Seller can only give positive feedback.

Hi,
I think, one should get a chance to rectify mistake. You can still give the seller a chance.
On the other hand, the seller should be more careful.I also make mistake in listing, that creates problem with buyer. But I always give followup and send replacement. The buyer is a seller's asset.
Thanx,
Truly,
Amitava
PS:Both of you have acted in haste.

Dear Mr.Jason,
Leaving a neutral feedback doesn't effect much on the seller's reputation.
But at the same time, you could have contacted him and asked for the replacement or refund as its not as described. This can be done now also if the seller agrees.
The feedback is permanent unless he sends a revise feedback mail.
Please note: A seller can't leave a neutral / negative feedback on eBay. ---------------
With Regards,
Navaneeth (snrama) 😉

okie Folks... Thanks for the advise - maybe I'll wait for the seller to call and threaten me the second time so that I can ask him to mail me back to revise the feedback.
BTW, I did tell the seller on phone that the product displayed didnot match the one shipped. Also, there was no infamous disclaimer "Product shipped can differ from the image" on the listing.
Cheers!!
Jason
