I bought a camera from eBay on 18/09/2012 and used the gift code GANESHA001. I am eligible for a free gift of a Panasonic Cordless phone but I have not received any information regarding it.

Hi ebay guys,
As you are mentioning, u will send the gift within 45-60 days right..
I bought some items in Ganesha Festival offer on Sep-21. Its been 80 days now,.. when am I going to receive it.
Unfortunately, there was no information about the gift after we selected it in the list. There should be some follow up. Every time I chat with your customer care, they say that the gift item (Philips headphones) will be shipped in 2 days.. Its been 3 months now.. I am almost frustrated with your service.

I have Purchased Mobile and Other things Costing More than 20,000. I have received Free Gift after So much of follow Ups but still awaiting for 32 GB pen Drive.

Every Time i speak to Customer Care they always have same answer like wait for 10 Days you will receive your gift,Be rest assure.

I could not understand why these ppl are waiting such a long they have data they should start delievery as soon as the offer End.

PPl let make it clear to Ebay very clear that we are not Fools.

Please do regarous follow up to Ebay Everyday till day you dont receive your gift.
