Ganesh Chaturthi Gift Not Received

Hi,

I had purchased an item on ebay, for which i had used Ganesh Chaturthi offer Code (PGANESHA01), which entitled me to 8GB Pendrive for a purchase more than 999.

I was able to succesfully apply the promotion code. but even after almost 65 days of the purchase i have not received the gift to me.

I have contacted the ebay customer support multiple times, they gave me assurance that i will get the gift within a week, 2 weeks already passed after that communication.

Please give me exact time details till when i will get my gift for the purchase

I have placed the order using paisapay id 32243232601 on 29th Sep and used code 'SGANESHA03' which was 'Micromax X291' mobile phone under Ganesh Chaturthi Promotional offer.
According to the site, it was mentioned that the gift will be delivered from 5th Oct onwards.

It is more than 60 days and I have not received the gift item.

Can you please tell me, when I will get this gift (Micromax X291 mobile)?
also please send the invoice along with this gift mobile.

I purchased Sony Ericsson Arc S Mobile from Ebay in Ganpati festival. My PaisaPay ID is 32242778430 and on that I used code 'SGANESHA03' which was 'Micromax X291' mobile phone under Ganesh Chaturthi Promotional offer.


It is more than 60 days and I have not received the gift item.

I have called ebay customer care several times, but every time they give me fake promises. I am really disappointed with this.

Can you please tell me, when exactly I will get this gift (Micromax X291 mobile)?
