GIFT NOT RECIEVED - IT IS ALREADY FEW MONTH OLD STORY

I had purchased a laptop & other items worth Rs 30000 & was expected to get 1 TB Hard disk as gift. PaisaPay ID: 30061849624 It is already few month old story.

I have tried to contact your toll-free number - not gets connected. I wrote on chat room, no reply. I even wrote to Ms. Sapana & Ms Seema on their e-mail - it was fruitless. Can anybody help or I have to go to Consumer court for a small thing.
