Hi bought and paid for an item from GEB [Global EasyBuy] on the [NEW Perfect Condition Motorola Droid X Verizon clean; Item ID: 380365888583; PaisaPay: 29864098938].
The payment cleared on the 30th of August. The international reseller had till the 9th of September to provide a shipping number. I received the shipping consignment number on the 8th. This is a fake number and tracking it on iccworld.com shows the item as "AWAITING THE ITEM FROM SELLER."
As you may know i2cworld_inc3 owns iccworld and hence to stop me from applying for a refund has provided me with fake shipping number. I called and spoke to i2cworld_inc3 who LIED again and said the item was bought from the international seller however the same was damaged in transit. So I spoke to the international seller and he conformed that I2C never bought the item from him. He had 12 units of the said product and all were sold out by the 08th of Sep, 2011 at 05:09:27 IST. I have sent across many mails/calls to I2C world and each time hear another LIE. The most common is "were coordinating with the international seller".
When I asked for the tracking number that the international seller gave to them I got the reply that the item was shipped through FedEX and had no tracking number. This will be the WORLDS FIRST ITEM SHIPPED WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER.
I want my handset that I purchase. If I wanted to save my money I would have opened a savings account instead of saving it on ebay and getting a refund in 30days. I do know that They have till the 23rd of September to deliver the product but since I spoke to the international seller [tomselman1] and conformed that the item is sold out where are they going to get it from.
I sent many mails across and have completed many calls in this regard but to no avail. The reply I get from ebay [PaisaPay] is very disappointing. I get a generic mail stating some stupid rules that I already know and they keep ignoring that this is a case of FRAUD
