Friendship Day promotion

I ordered for a camera on 28th july. The paisa pay ID for the same was 31731335285 . It's been two moths running after the customer support for sony w610 camera i had opted for friendship day promotion. My case was escalated numerous times and i even had talk with chaitanya and praveen (floor supervisors) and they said they'll look for the issue personally. Nothing has been done for it as yet. I was given 2 days to wait by chaitanya and they too got over today. Very disappointed with the after sales services of ebay. Kindly get me a solution for this
