Free gifts not yet received

Hi , I had purchased 3 items from ebay during diwali timeframe and I have not yet recived my free gifts despite constant reminders to ebay . I had called up ebay customer support thrice but did not get any response . The PaisaPay ID 27733841950, 27733824340, 27733812980 are for the orders . Can anyone help me on what to do . I guess approaching a consumer court is the only option i have left

i did not get a response from ebay on this . PLEASE HELP !!!!. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BY EBAY ON THIS
