Free gift not received for the item bought in 25 Mar 2011

Dear eBay management,
I am sorry to inform you that, your service to the buyers sucks.
I raised a concrn in this forum yesterday and it was promptly deleted (Discussion ID: 500009202).

I bought an item on GEB with gift code: USDEALS01 on 25-Mar-2011, with paisa pay ID: 28687350559

I am still waiting for the GIFT item, it is more than 90days, since I ordered this item.

I contacted the customer care, there is no PROPER response from them in last 15 days.

Please help me with this issue. Please don't delete this discussion ID.

I hope to see positive reply from eBay management. Please update me, what is going on with this.

I am still waiting for the GIFT. Tracking details provided by you on India Post does not work.

How long do you want me to wait? This is really really painful service from ebay. Even after 5 months after ordering the item, I am still waiting for the gift.

I did not execpect this kind of worst service from a world class company like ebay.

Dear readers,
See, How ebay is cheating customers big time. I have not received the gift even after 6 months.

Few weeks back they provided junk shipping details claiming that they shipped it via IndiaPost, which was never delivered and indiapost clearly indicates that the tracking number is invalid.

These days they even stopped responding. Please beware of ebay.in. Big time cheaters.

For buying online look else where, there are very nice sites coming up these days.
