Team eBay,

I had purchased a Seagate 1 TB Goflex portable hard drive and I was supposed to get a iBall 8 GB pen drive along with it as a free gift. (This is because I had applied a coupon code during the purchase).

Though I have received the hard drive from the seller, I have not received the free gift from e-Bay.
Please confirm when i will receive my free gift.

I also had a similar experience. Seems like ebay is duping its customers by promising free gifts while the gifts are not dispatched even after 45 days.
I had ordered a camera and was to receive a free gift. Even after 45 days I have not received any email regarding dispatch of gift.

The only topic of discussion on the forums nowadays is "gift not received". Out of 9 topics displayed on the forum page, 7-8 are for gift not received. Do something about it ebay, why cannot you call up buyers and keep them informed or send them a mail or provide a dedicated contact number to these buyers where they can call and get the required info or the best as suggested is to stop the free gift business completely till you can do it properly.

Just because of this important topics are not displayed and discussed on the forums. All the space regularly is being taken up by these free gift buyers.

I bought a camera on 15/04/2011, cost Rs.7598/- with a gift voucher(iball headset and web cam. the gift is not yet received. when ever i contact the ebay they are telling that the gift will come with in one week. till now i didnt received my gift.
i think ebay.in is cheating customer.
