Free gift not received - PaisaPay ID - 28888188829

Team eBay,

I had purchased a Seagate 1 TB Goflex portable hard drive and I was supposed to get a iBall 8 GB pen drive along with it as a free gift. (This is because I had applied a coupon code during the purchase).

Though I have received the hard drive from the seller, I have not received the free gift from e-Bay.
Please confirm when i will receive my free gift.

When I contacted Ebay I was told that the gift will be send with in 60 days from the date of purchase. On July 18th I had send a letter to customer care asking about the shipping details but even after 6 days I haven't got any reply. And now its more than 60 days as ebay had promised and I haven't got any communication or even a reply for my letter please help me

I have been waiting for my ganesh chaturthi gift for 3 months now, paisapay ID - 29914444689, and everytime I email, ebay's response is that I will receive the gift soon. There is no clear indication when ebay will ever despatch it.

If only ebay were at least half as prompt as their sellers in delivering what they promise and advertise...

Like the member above mentioned, almost all pages are filled with similar complaints.

Please look into this urgently, as we expect ebay to be as or more professional than the sellers. Thanks.
