I purchased 50kg home gym product on 21st of October 2017 and firstly it shows with in 27th it will be delivered.I mailed after that and I got a reply that it takes 10 to 15 days.and aftr that they mailed me shipping no and courier name.details given below

Airway Bill Details: 927654394
And last date is nov 10th.yet I didn't get the product.
This is my situation then how I reffer ebay to another one.
I am regular customer of amazon.their service is exelent.
Actually this is cheating a customer because you taken money at frst and after 21 days product yet not received .
