This seller does not accept money via PaisaPay; He asks to transfer the amount online and does not ship the item...Beware of this SELLER?

It is not a question of "he does not accept", all sellers have to have paisapay payment method AND they can also have other forms of payment, but paisapay is compulsory without any exceptions. I tried to buy this item by PP and was able to do so without any problems. What's your actual issue please highlight that.

Dear Raj,
He told me ebay is charging more and the payment will come after 40 days and asked me to transfer 10,000 online and he will ship the item ,later he has not sent the item.I have proof of online payment made to that guy ?
now again he has listed the item you can contact him & ask the details as different buyer?

Please explain in detail what happened, how did you contact him, did he contact you, did you make payment via PP or you paid to his bank a/c via online txf, did he tell you to pay to his bank, how ?, how come you paid only 10000/- for 22000/- item , show any mails as proof, give all details. Nothing much can be said from the details you have provided.

First he responded by mail,later he gave his contact no.09702677686,ADDRESS Anand Singh,Mansarovar co op housing society,b403,bashir road,panchtarni,jk 192126; He also told me he has got a mobile store in Mumbai,Delhi and Jammu.;Later he called me several times and I agreed & bargained the rate for 20,000/- and he agreed for that and told me to transfer 10,000 to his ICICI account and he would ship the phone by courier and remaining amount to be transferred after receiving the phone.

So I transfered the amount to his Mumbai branch ICICI Account No. 032301509138,lowerparel branch, name Uttam Singh.(I HAVE THE PROOF OF PAYMENT MADE)

Later after transferring he insisted on paying full amount he can send the mobile; I refused for it....; later i tried to contact his mobile and the number was not connecting......

You will have to do two things first contact ebay customer support and inform them of this episode and see if they have some more contact nos of the seller and route all correspondence with ebay through ebay mail only and second is to file an FIR with your local police stn with all the proof that you have. Do you have written proof that he refused paisapay payment ??

provide this to ebay as a proof of your case and tell them to track his ip

ebay can track the ip address of the same.

Take this matter to higher department as such fraud sellers should be stopped.

Because of this person people doubt on genuine sellers also and ultimately it is overall loss.
