Fraud by e_shopee

This is really very sad.Idid the payment for e_shopee 5 In 1 Compact Dvcd/Mp3 / Vcd / Cd/ Svcd - Player (#5803754098),which is not received till now.How you want me to trust ebay now.I notify the seller thrice through Ebay no reply.Is this the way you want to do the selling????
I am really upset.
Is there something legal that you want me to do???

I paid online on 29/Sept/05, for the bid that i won, which is "FREE GIFT With SONY DVD/MP3/DVD-R/VCD/CD/CDRW/VGA" -1 pc (Item Code 5813002435) from Invogue-inc, Mumbai based supplier.

But he had sent a soap box in the name of Sony DVD. Nothing works. I don't know whether he is marketing all the black market goods in this trusted Ebay site? Sure this will spoil the entire reputation of ebay site, it has scored so far from its valid customers. Ebay should not encourage such a type of fraud business men in its site. The site should take action on this supplier immediately; should not allow him to do business hereafter and should be fined severely and same amounts that you get from this should be refunded back to the looser like us immediately.

if ebay encourages such a type of frauds, then how, customers in India, abroad will trust you site to process anything online. I hope this will not be your principle.

sort this problem and let me have the exact product in good condition back or advise this seller to give back my money that I have paid, ie. Rs.3039.

2. Problems with sellers.
3. You did'nt receive th item or it was'nt as described.

On choosing the same a new page will open which will prompt you to write email, if you see under "Contact Support".

A new page will open on clicking "Email" where you are prompted to submit the details of your transaction and contact ebay.


If you are not satisfied by the product that you have received or not yet received, and the seller is not responding, you have the option of escalating the claim to buyer protection.

I am very much happy that not only you lodged a complaint in Cyber Crime cell but you have also shown the path to other cheated customers by providing the details of Cyber Crime Cells of different Metros & their contact nos as well as all details a person needs to go ahead. I didn't presume that you will act so smartly & quickly. CONGRATULATIOS, GOOD WORK DONE.:-D

I am sorry that I could not reply earlier becoz I did not access the net for sometime as it was appeared to be boring & wastage of time when I was cheated by two sellers & lost my money & Ebay people didn,t do anything in favour of me or against the seller who cheated me & many others. You can see my ratings, I have a single negative feedback, which was given by an unhonest seller & is now unregistered on ebay. I was again cheated by the seller e_shopee who carried out buisness by different IDs e.g. e_shopee & i_shopee in September & both IDs are suspended now. The Seller SANDEEP KUMAR cheated so many buyers using ebay platform & I know that ebay people will ask one day to clse the dispute & will do nothing & will say it was a low value item , so wecan't help you. This seller had also cheated the buyers on OLD Baazee also. I have his home address , Tel no. , & other informations & certainly lodge a complaint against him in his home city Hyderabad through email, BUT THESE EBAY PEOPLE CAN'T DO ANYTHING AGAINST THIS SELLER despite of having all the details of this seller.They only will do buisness, make money from sellers, & will be happy to see their buyers being cheated on their site.
I have lost interest in this site & therefore closed my all biddings & shopping on ebay. There are several other sites where you can get better deal, honest customer protection & I am happy with the response of other shopping sites & will suggest the same to you to shop on other honest sites. They are indiatimes, rediff etc.

I am also going to do the same to teach a lesson to this FRAUDULENT SELLER.
