Final Value Credit not rceived yet

I had got a fake bid from fake byuer for my item no. 9108046709. The buyer requested to ship the product to nigeria inspite of my clear instructions in the listing that i wont send the product to nigeria or any other unconfirmed address. I have also opened dispute and buyer has not tresponded. Now this buyer is no longer registered user and then also i have not been granted Final Value Credit. Why is that? Can anyone tell me?

Since you have already filed a UPI, you may close the dispute by stating that the Buyer has been suspended.

You would receive your FVF credit immidiately.

Hi,

If you have opened the dispute before the buyer suspension, then you need to wait for 7 days from the date of the dispute opened to get the FVF credit.

If you haven't opened the dispute, then just state that Buyer is no longer register user. ---------------
