Feedback should be listed separately for buyer and seller as their opinions are very different. Buyer posts a positive feedback immediately on receiving the order since the money has to be paid in advance on the site - buyer does not have a choice in this unless it is COD. It also makes no sense on such a transaction where advance payment is a must. The positive feedback gives a wrong impression to other buyers as many times the seller has not even shipped the item or contacted the buyer for months YET THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK STAYS. Seller is allowed to post immediate feedback but not the buyers till almost 10 to 15 days are past. Many more are fooled into buying the product in this period of time.
