Email query handling procedure

Please ensure that the advisors actually log onto ebay.in and review the areas in question.

My query to customer support regarded RSS feeds, the advisor informed me that they were not supported on ebay.in and that I should contact ebay support for another site.

-What is the email handling procedure?
-Is there an email query handling procedure for customer support?
-Are there any supervisors who review the information sent out by customer support?
-Are you monitoring the number of email queries received daily/weekly?
monitoring the topics in question and updating the help pages?
-monitoring the time each advisor takes to answer these queries to ensure enough time is given to allow the advisors to give a knowledgeable and well researched reply?

I feel that this department needs reviewing and retraining, who is it helping?

I get more help by entering my problem/query into google and reading the replies from other ebay discussion boards.

I would really like to hope that this feedback board is actually read by the ebay India Team.

Can we have Live Help at weekends please?

I have had 2 positive experiences with using the live chat and was disappointed to find it not avaiable when It was needed at the weekend.
