Dear Seller,
I was interested in knowing how experienced sellers treat buyers who dont make payments or give silly reasons in unpaid item disputes like my brother or sister bought by accident. Do you leave a negative feedback to them and do you all give them unpaid item strike or try and close the transaction mutually.
Also what if a buyer doenst pay and replies to unpaid item process and leaves a negative feedback. Does ebay remove feedback of people who dont pay. Please guide.

Dont give negative at all at any cost.
Think 10 times before giving a neutral.
If the buyer reply????
Best is to forgive and forget.
Because you got to have peace of mind.

The sales that goes through is lottery enjoy it.
The ones which dont, ignore it. You dont want a -ve feedback from a non paying buyer do you?
As it is buyers who haven't paid are able to open INR disputes. Its frustrating! Wht get into a feedback mess? Maintaining a good feedback will require many sacrifices at times (read loss). One needs to be patient.

What about unpaid item strike. Do you leave unpaid item strike if the buyer replies to the PNR dispute.
I guess once buyer replies to Payment not receive dispute he is eligible to leave feedback which ebay will not remove? Please correct me if i am wrong.

Hi Neena,
A buyer who doesn't make payments after order doesn't mean that he is fake or fraud. These buyers are almost 90% new to eBay or e-Commerce sites.
They might not complete the deal for various reasons like they need payment through cash on delivery which seller doesn't offer for all products.
Giving negative feedbacks to those buyer makes them feel bad experience on eBay and might not come back. Also many sellers block them through Buyer Requirements.
If the buyer doesn't respond to UPI, give them a strike as you need to get back your FVF, and leave a neutral feedback (if you wish), this will not harm their profile and also yours. ---------------

File a UPI. 90%+ don't reply. For the ones who do reply, another 95%+ of them do not leave a feedback, unless their sole intent was to harm you feedback.
95% transactions go smoothly. 5% have hicups. Needs some follow up and luck at times! But be happy if you can maintain a 99%+ record.

Send the buyer a gentle reminder for leaving the feedback, where you can begin something like this,
Hi, thanks for purchasing this item from us. This is just a follow up email to make sure that you were able to receive your item(s) without any problems. Also, please take a moment to leave us a feedback, I will leave you great feedback as well. Thanks,
