Dear Ebay,

I had 270 feedback score with 100% positive remarks form buyers.
You have removed 109 points from my score and it is now showing 161 only.

The reason told to me for the removal is that I have manipulated the feedback.

BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL.

I had sold genuine items to the genuine buyers only and received the money also through Paisapay.

Kindly look into the matter once again and please undo the deletion of my feedback.

Dear Ebay,

We all at some point of time face this problems where our feedback scores are reduced stating feedback manipulation as the reason. Which is not right.

The only thing which i can understand is that muteyaar is selling ebooks which is why her scores have been reduced since ebay considers selling ebooks as feedback manipulation.

Will Ebay pinks care to look in to this matter and reply fast.

I had faced similar problems in the past. Once i stopped selling ebooks this problem has not occured. I had spoken with ebay ppl in the past about this. They are aware. Unfortunately they dont want to improve on this.

Thanks for your reply.

I am really concerned to this issue, because, almost 40% of my feedback score has been deleted.
I really have not manipulated any of my feedback scores.Not a single one.
I am a genuine seller and have a 100% positive feedback.
It was my hard earned feedback, and ebay should not delete it like this way.
I used to sell ebooks when they were allowed on the website. But I have not sold a single ebook on or after 18th of April 2008, when it was banned to sell ebooks.
So, how does this proves that I have manipulated the feedback?
I sold to genuine buyers, who paid me genuinely through paisapay itself and received the ebooks before giving their feedback.

If selling ebooks was not good for ebay, then why ebay had not banned it earlier?

Kindly help me out of this s I am suffering a lot from the action of ebay team.

No. I have not received my feedback score back.
It is only upto ebay. They do what ever they like.
